Failed to create TSMBootStrap Mutex

We have been using MDT for deployments for approximately 3 years, Today I am getting this error on deployments through MDT.

"Failed to create TSMBootStrap mutex (0x8007051B)"

Does anyone have an idea what this is and a possible fix?
