New Collection

Ok, I am lost here. I thought I could just copy some other SQL queries (with modifications) but it is not working. Either it doesnt run or I have errors.

I think it is a simple query but I am lost.

I want to create a new collection that only shows approved clients, I believe I did it before but cant find my old scripts.

Can someone save me?
