Specific models not picking up advertisements

The other week I went to add the Powershell module to our Boot Images

We encountered an error trying to do that, so we gave up, and built new boot images just to be safe.

After doing so, and triple checking everything was exactly as had been previously, we now have one specific model of computer that won't pick up advertisements.

We have repeatedly confirmed the computer entry is in the collection, we have removed and re-added the computer and re-added it to the collection, yet it still will not pick up the advertisement. We have done this multiple times with multiple computers of the same model, all with zero success.

I give up. Hive-mind, help!

So you're talking about deployments via PXE? If so, check the SMSPXE.log for more information.

Is this one of your machines [LOG[F0:DE:F1:BB:82:38, 3BA59081-5154-11CB-B87D-B0F660D4D999: no advertisements found]LOG]? If so, there seem to be some problems with finding deployments for that device. If it's truly in the right collection I would completely remove that device and try again.

It hasn't helped. Seriously, one specific model of device is not picking up advertisements. Its not one machine, its one model.

Reset this for us MadMacs77 - You are trying to get a task sequence advertisement? to show up. It shows up on all of your other PC models, but 1 specific model? If this is the case ensure that your advertisement Is set for "all unknown computers" and that there aren't any other funky criteria in that collection. I would also try creating a new collection and add the system manually (import computer information using the MAC address) and advertise to that collection. That could help isolate where the issue lies.
