lee-bowman Posted September 26, 2014 Report post Posted September 26, 2014 Hello there I am currently creating my SCCM 2012 Task Sequence, with MDT Integration. I would like to make use of the UDI wizard to set a number of TSVariables/Tasks before the Task Sequence begins. The goal is that the Boot Image is loaded via USB or PXE -> The relevant Task Sequence is shown -> The UDI Wizard appears to set the Computer Name -> The UDI Wizard has a drop down to choose a Domain eg Test or Prod -> The UDI Wizard can have a Drop Down list to select a "Build" whereby different applications install depending on "Build" This would then set various TS Variables so that the machine joins the appropriate domain and that the right applications install I have just started to use the UDI Guides on this site but I am only just starting out with UDI Many Thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Atomic12 Posted September 28, 2014 Report post Posted September 28, 2014 Hi, tried to do something similar like you, to build my own udi page where I enter computer name and department, posted here but never got an answer. It is unclear to me aswell how to ingegrate varibles with TS. I think it has to do with the gather step in TS. Still looking for some good video tutorial but no luck so far.
