Ketone98 Posted October 30, 2014 Report post Posted October 30, 2014 Hi All In advance I apologise for my lack of SCCM knowledge. This has been handed over to me while a colleague as gone on sick leave. We have endpoint on our client PC's set to recieve their updates from SCCM. This hasn't been working recently and I don't know why. When I go into Site Status I see the that Software Update Point, Application Catalog Web Service Point & Reporting Services Point are all marked as critical. I have tried reseting counts but that doesnt help. I have attached the errors of Software Update Point. Under Components I have one critical error. This relates to SMS_SITE_SYSTEM_STATUS_SUMMARIZER. Can somebody please point me in the right direction as I honestly haven't a clue. Thanks so much in advance.
Peter van der Woude Posted October 30, 2014 Report post Posted October 30, 2014 This is too litlle information, you need to look in to the real log files of these components. A list of all the log files can be found here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh427342.aspx
Iroqouiz Posted October 31, 2014 Report post Posted October 31, 2014 The only error I see in the screenshot pertaining to the SUP is "content download failed". Seems like an automatic deployment rule (ADR) has failed to download updates to put in a software update group.
