One site, manage from other side of ocean

I have a question. I have one site with the primary server in the US. I have IT admins that are in Germany and we want them to be able to manage SCCM from there. How do I give them the ability to manage the environment from there? I'm particularly concerned with how they will add new packages without it being super slow (based on the line speed and latency).

Well, you've answered a big part of the question yourself as it depends a lot on the network speed and latency. Something that could make it more acceptable is to use a terminal server in the US for them to connect to and to manage ConfigMgr. That will already solve a big part of the problem.

There isn't a way to put a management server over there? I want to store the source of their packages over there but keep ours over here.

What do you mean with a management server? Like a mentioned a terminal server with a console? If so, then the console performance will be better when the terminal server is in the US.

I was hoping there was something that would make it so that when they added packages, the package wouldn't need to be copied over the WAN.

That will happen anyway, no matter what kind of server you put anywhere, every site server and every distribution point has a copy of the content library. So whatever you want to think of, it will happen anyway
