JTPort Posted December 17, 2014 Report post Posted December 17, 2014 Hi, I keep getting these errors when syncing SUP in SCCM 2012. The Microsoft Software License Terms have not been completely downloaded and cannot be accepted. Source: Microsoft.UpdateServices.Internal.BaseApi.SoapExceptionProcessor.DeserializeAndThrow I have tried reinstalling WSUS, tried clearing the categories then syncing, then readding categories but seem to still get this error. Has anyone got any ideas I can try? Thanks
SCCMentor Posted December 17, 2014 Report post Posted December 17, 2014 Is this a remote SUP or running on the site server?

JTPort Posted December 18, 2014 Report post Posted December 18, 2014 Hi, This is installed on the site primary. I've tried downloading from the MS website, but I get an error stating that the update is not applicable to your computer
SCCMentor Posted December 18, 2014 Report post Posted December 18, 2014 Check the permissions on the WSUS Content folder. Ensure that network service and WSUS administrators have full control of share and NTFS.
