sccmrookie Posted December 20, 2014 Report post Posted December 20, 2014 Hi just a quick questoin what is the best practice for achieving the following 1.) ensuring machine has local firewall disabled 2.) remote desktop enabled 3.) uk keyboard/local configured 4.) extra local admin account So it is best to capture the above from a workstation and use in a base/golden image/wim file? Or... create individual task sequences for the above? I've figured out how to do uk keyboard and extra local admin account so far steps in t.s, but just wondering what is best practice Thanks all. kman-dk Posted December 21, 2014 Report post Posted December 21, 2014 For all your requirements, you can use GPO settings. Don't know if it's best practice though.

Peter van der Woude Posted December 23, 2014 Report post Posted December 23, 2014 I always like to keep my images as clean and standard as possible. Also, if possible GPO's are the easiest for most of those setting.
