Windows 8.1 OSD Client Failed

We have just ventured into the world of supporting windows 8.1 devices in our environment. We have created a basic TS to deploy windows 8.1 (which works correctly), it downloads the SCCM Client, reboots and never completes the TS. We do not see the client installed nor see any errors in the smst.log file.

look for the ccmsetup.log, it probably logs the error, attach it here

As the TS never launches the client installation after the reboot, there is no ccmsetup.log file. Unless there is a log in a location that I am unaware of. Thoughts?

After the system reboots, it goes directly into Windows and never completes the TS of client installation. I have looked all over the computer for any other logs that would assist but do not find anything.

The issue is indeed most often related to the client installation. If that installation is already started you should find the log files in C:\Windows\ccmsetup\Logs.

The installation never starts after the reboot. There is not a ccmsetup directory. I am at a huge lose.
