Install a new version of an application

Question

I have Adobe Reader set up as an application. I have 10 deployment types (10 different languages). When I originally set it up, it was for 11.0.09. Now 11.0.10 is out. How do I have my clients install the new version? Do I have to create a new Application and new Deployment Types (all 10) and supersede it? Is there an easier way to do it so that I don't have to create new Deployment Types every time an update comes out? The way Adobe releases updates, having to create a new Application and Deployment Types each time will get cumbersome fast.

You can either use SCUP (No License required) that integrates with SCCM and then deploy Adobe Patches using normal software update method

OR

Create application or package(legacy method) to deploy the MSP to computers using command line : msiexec /update msipatchname.msp /qn /norestart
