MAQOV Posted February 3, 2015 Report post Posted February 3, 2015 hello Newbie, if the sql instance local on the same sccm server . so you have to leave the sql name as blank. if sql instance is on the remote server write the sql server name\sql instance name example sql\sccm. from sql server side open sql server configuration manager, sql server network configuration, protocols for sccm instance, on the right panel select TCP/IP, double click on it, select IP addresses, remove all values from the dynamic ports, then add port 1433 on IPALL.
