ayire Posted May 15, 2015 Report post Posted May 15, 2015 I'm not sure if this is server or SCCM related but I am having the following problem: My update point is not downloading particular updates due to the following error message: Errors Failed to download content id 16822109. Error: The volume is too fragmented to complete this operation. Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - May 2015 (KB890830) Update for Windows 7 (KB3020370) Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3020370) Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3046480) Update for Windows 7 (KB3046480) Security Update for Windows 7 (KB3051768) Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB30517 How does one fix this? The SCCM server is Hyper-V VM, running 2012 R2. I've optimized the disk within the VM. I've even attached a brand new VHD partition to save the updates to and still get the same error.
