Error running reports

I get the following error when running reports in either the SCCM console or the web.

 

The DefaultValue expression for the report parameter ‘UserTokenSIDs’ contains an error: Request for the permission of type 'System.Security.Permissions.SecurityPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=#############' failed. (rsRuntimeErrorInExpression)

I have checked the permissions and everything looks good. Any ideas?
