Cannot find a detection rule for a IE11 language pack

For a client we need to deploy the french language pack for IE11. When it's installed it's called "Module linguistique d'Internet Explorer 11 fr-FR"

 

 

The problem is when I created the application I don't know how my detection rule can be. Normally I take msi or installer code or registry and I searched for the name in registry but couldn't find any information.

Nobody have detection rules for an Internet Explorer language pack ? Can't find install in the registry and can't base it on installer code and doesn't seem to have created an file or folder that I can check on
