I have a Quick Question..., About a year ago I work for this hospital..., and we used to help desk people by opening a "Remote Desktop Connection" that looks very similar to the one built in..., except for the fact, that to use it you didn't really need to kick the user out nor lock his screen... (as opposed the one built-in) and the top switching bar it look green and not blue... and also everytime we launched the application we used citrix, I'm pretty sure it was coming from a server...
Any ideas of how to do this or at least replicating the remote w/o locking the target's screen, and w/o using a 3rd party software?
