Migrate windows 7 to windows 8.1 with SCCM 2012

I encountered a problem when migrating to Windows 7 to Windows 8.1

the sequence task still hangs in the Capture user settings and files. Error: 8007001C

I used the installation package USMT (from adk 8.1)

I checked that the source of the package USMT point to x86 and amd64 directory

my xml files are MigUser.xml, MigDocs.xml and MigApp.xml. Similarly, in the task sequence ,I fixed the capture of user data indicating the use the three files

I have updated the distribution points and then I made the task sequence

I made all these actions but the problem still persists

what does the scanstate.log say ? this is the log generated by the capture * state step

make sure that xml file is present in the package referenced (ZTS00001)

I checked the contents of the package USMt and it contains MigUser.xml MigApp.xml and MigDocs.xml files

But I have not found MigSys.xml ?!

That error is usually related to either the presence of the file or the file itself. It could be that the file is corrupted or there is something wrong in the XML.
