Geek-E Posted July 13, 2015 Report post Posted July 13, 2015 I've been playing with a trial but some of these questions I just don't know because I don't have all the different devices to test with: 1. I know Windows intune integrated with ConfigMgr used to be pretty far feature wise, behind intune standalone. Is this still the case? 2. Is it possible with intune to have shared iOS devices (Users login to device with AD credentials and it configures for them. Once they log out the device is locked to a login screen)? 3. I don't suppose you can do Remote Control of iOS devices? 4. I can't seem to find any documentation on how VPP integrates with Intune, is that because it doesn't? Thanks in advance. This seems to be one of those products that changes so fast it's hard to know what features it has at any given time
GarthMJ Posted July 13, 2015 Report post Posted July 13, 2015 It still lags but not that far behind these days. I'm not sure this is a Intune question at all. Not that I'm aware of. What is VPP?
Peter van der Woude Posted July 14, 2015 Report post Posted July 14, 2015 To add-on to Garth, VPP support is on the public roadmap for Microsoft Intune. GarthMJ Posted July 14, 2015 Report post Posted July 14, 2015 Just because I'm sure that I'm not alone. I looked VPP (before my orginal reply) and I was guessing it was either of these "Virtual Presence Protocol" or "Virtual Path Partitioning". Who know it would be Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP)!
