Problem during installation of Kaspersky NetAgent and Antivirus

Question

Hi,

I'm new here (german) and I'm very amazed about your How-To Areas.

But now I have a problem during the installation of Kaspersky NetAgent 8.0.2048 and Kaspersky AntiVirus for Workstation 6.0. We made an installationpacket with modifications by the administration kit and wanted to deploy it silently through SCCM 2007.

Everything seems to work fine, installation starts, processes were active but near the finish of the installation we get an error:

Translated:

The program "WDE20009" failed ("WDE0000F" - "NetAgent 8.0.2048"). An Errorexitcode of -1 regived.

So whats the problem? Does anyone knows a way to deploy Kaspersky without issues?

Thanks a lot, and sorry for my english...

Loco

PS: If you want further information about the installationpackage, ask and i will post screenshots... ;)

*edit*

The installation without sccm (starting .exe via network, same .exe as sccm uses) work fine, without problems.

check appdeploy.com and see what switches they provide for installing this software, the error code of -1 means it didn't install properly, the error code for a successful install in sccm is usually =0
