Need help creating report

I am a complete noob when it comes to writing a report. I am looking for a very simple report that has assest name, Mac address, and IPv4 address. Anyone able to help a guy out?

Have you looked at the built-in NIC reports?

 

BTW, I generally don't recommend that you add IP address to reports.

I did and could not find one that had both. For this report I specifically need both the MAC and IP (building out cisco ISE MAB rules)

Subnet would actually work instead of IP
