fsoares Posted October 16, 2015 Report post Posted October 16, 2015 I cant get data in the database unless i run the runmetersumm. I have looked at the logs and i dont see anything wrong. Should i be looking for something in special.. ? Also .. is there a place where i can see the date and time the data is supposed to be summarized ? Thank you. It depend on the report, it can take 37 days before some of the SW metering report will have data. Have you confirmed that the SWM rules are setup correctly and enabled? 0 fsoares Posted October 19, 2015 Report post Posted October 19, 2015 the reports are the software metering ones, that come by default. The SWM rules are enabled for over 10 days. What do you mean by setup correctly ? this is what i have created.
0 fsoares Posted October 19, 2015 Report post Posted October 19, 2015 Does the original file names have to be exact the same ? I created the rule manualy.. without importing it. Will it make a difference ?
