Nayr eggop Posted November 11, 2015 Report post Posted November 11, 2015 Any opinions appreciated. I am sure this gets asked alot since there is really no definitive answer and every situation is different. Deploying SCCM for the first time. I have three main sites A: 300 PCs B: 200 PCs 45Mb WAN back to site A C: 200 PCs 45Mb WAN back to site A and 6 small remote offices (less than 20 users each) Between 1Mb and 3Mb WAN each I am considering deploying a Primary Site Server at site A, and Distribution Points at all other locations. Should I be considering Secondary Site servers with co-located DP's MP's at site B and site C ? I think the number of users is very low considering, and I think it would be more management than its worth to do secondaries... The database replication might be >= the management traffic for that many users anyway ? Thanks for any input!
Eswar Koneti Posted November 12, 2015 Report post Posted November 12, 2015 You can go with 1 Primary Site at A and rest can go with Distribution Points at other locations without looking at secondary site .
