Config_Mgr_noob Posted November 20, 2015 Report post Posted November 20, 2015 Hi all, I recently had my primary site restored by Microsoft CSS team. Everything seems to be fine except for a few things. But the main issue I can't seem to figure out is deploying my applications to any of my clients. I am able to distribute them to my distribution point but can't deploy them. There's nothing in the distmgr.log file that indicates any issues with distribution nor do I see any activity on the client side within Appenforce.log or AppDiscovery.log. It looks like it just does not initiate or run. I am able deploy and install Packages just fine but even that is having some issues such as not appearing any entry within the "Deployments" collections tab; only shows "No items found". Added a screenshot below for this issue. Can anyone shed some light as to what is going on with unable to deploy applications? Thanks in advance. GarthMJ Posted November 20, 2015 Report post Posted November 20, 2015 If this is just after you had you site restored then I would go back to CSS and tell them it still not right. Making sure that you get inventory and deploying both SU and App/packages is a fundamental task of CM12. If this was nto tested after the restore then IMO the job is not done yet. Config_Mgr_noob Posted November 23, 2015 Report post Posted November 23, 2015 Thanks for the reply GarthMJ. We are trying to get CSS back on the phone but they see it as the site is back up and I am able to access the Console once again so that's their way of saying "The site is up and we cannot troubleshoot any further issues; its out of our scope for this support call". Even though all components were at fully functional prior to the upgrade.
