We Pushed out Adobe reader to users(setup.exe file with parameters) and this works well. If the user is running Adobe the application shuts down, and installs the new version of Adobe.
But for Winzip(.msi) and Clue(.msi) the following occurs:
Clue = If the users is running clue the installation fails, and the advertisement doesn't try to run again, even if i set it up with "if failed, run again"
Clue = If the users is not running clue the installation(update) is successful.
Winzip= When updating from 12 to the newest version msiexec crashes and the dialog with "send error rapport" comes up.
Is there some kind of msi parameter so that the application will shut down before the update starts???

Hello
Get a little big problem here :

Thanks for the response.
Best regards.
