Must select Language manually after LP-installation in OSD

After the language pack installs and reboot, one gets to select the UI language (or Language pack). I want it to be already selected, but I cant get it to work.

The Variables set and used are due to AD_Site and country. The unattend looks like follows.

Has anyoned any idea what is wrong?
