BGInfo OSD task sequence WIndows 10

I have an existing working BGInfo package that is successfully working in windows 7 OSD. I have added the BGInfo package to my Windows 10 deployment and I can see that it runs that task, but upon first boot it has not run successfully. I can go to the package location and manually run the install and it starts working. So that tells me the package is good and works on windows 10. I looked in the SMSTS log and couldn't find any errors.

Have you tested this outside of a Tak Sequence on Windows 10 to ensure the end to end process works and therefore eliminating ConfigMgr as the cause or not?
