Updates won't download SCCM 2012r2 on WinServer 2012 r2

Hi I am trying to dowload all my updates that I wish to push out to my DP's, however, whenever I try to download them to the Deployment package, it get the following errors:

I cannot seem to find where this account does not have permissions, I have given the account full access on NTFS and on share, totally stumped.

Any help appreciated.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I am currently stuck with the same error!
