I'm running SCCM 2012 R2 SP1. I know the Hardware 5A - Console Users on a Specific Computer report has worked in the past though I don't recall how long ago I last used it. Definitely before the upgrade to R2 SP1. I read this technet article and checked the WMI class SMS_SystemConsoleUsage under \\<Machine Name>\root\cimv2\sms\. Unlike the scenario described in that article, the TopConsoleUser property is present on my machines and shows the right user. I also verified in my client settings, the hardware inventory classes include SMS_SystemConsoleUsage and SMS_SystemConsoleUser (all properties). I'm stumped. The data is present on the client and should be collected, it's just not showing up in the report. Anyone seen this before?
