We have been running some tests with USMT hard linked deployment and been having some troubles. The Deployment works fine without USMT. So far we have only tested it from Win7 to Win7 and haven’t tried Vista yet. Anyway when running the task sequence it all seems to work and after about 15 minutes it fails with error code 0x80070070. The OS seems to be applied fine. The SMSTS log says there is not enough space on the disk, but on all machines we have tested it on there has been more that 60% of the drive free.
