Administrator Account Disable and TS success but nothing apply

Hello all,

(First time poster)

 

Hope you all doing well.

 

My SCCM 2012 R2 is working and deploy both desktop and laptop

 

However, I try to deploy tablet Surface Pro 4 and HP Elite X2 - there is no error in the logs that i can spot but nothing apply - plus the local administrator account disable (Under Apply Windows Settings, i set password) - try to add step to enable "Local Administrator Account", add another user and add to local administrator - It just not take affect.

 

For these tablet, i used a "reference capture image" earlier and redeploy them (all the package used on desktop/laptop works) but not . I hope someone shade me some light.
