sms_site_component_manager event

Recommended Posts

hi all,

i'm new on this forum, but your post help me for solved many problem in my SCCM. But for the last two week, sccm has a problem that i can't solved..

in my server (virtual server,2012R2,sql 2012,sccm recently update to 1511,by a guide step-by step found in this forum) i see many events every hour for many SMS_*. an examples:

On 04/26/16 10:46:43, component SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER on computer ***** reported: Site Component Manager failed to reinstall this component on this site system.
Solution: Review the previous status messages to determine the exact reason for the failure. Site Component Manager will automatically retry the reinstallation in minutes. To force Site Component Manager to immediately retry the reinstallation, stop and restart Site Component Manager using the Configuration Manager Service Manager.
in the same day,i see that the computer collection stay in update(as image attached). and no new computer are add in any collection.
the client seems all as inactive..
i try the reset site,yet...i try to revert to a old snapshot and run the update, but no change-
under configuration manager service manager, i try to quering the sms_executive..but when i click in "query" a message appear:"error comunicating with component"...the same message appear for other sms. for other sms when i try to quering appear that the sms_executive must be running.
the same server is WSUS,and SUP work properly.
Please,help me!!!
thanks!!
