2nd Program in Package not Launching

Question

I have a package containing 2 programs. The first (the application) installs as advertised and exits successfully with a 0. My problem is the second program which is a simple WMI script to set user rights does not launch. I have tested the WMI as a standalone advertisement with no issues.

I would like to keep things clean and run both programs from the same package. I am getting no feedback from SCCM Execmgr.log as to why the second program does not launch. I have also set the WMI script to run the app install first.

Does anyone have any idea where to start looking. I really don't want to run a simple install as a sequence or set it up as two advertisements.

Thanks in Advance

in the program properties, click on the advanced tab, you have the option there to Run Another Program first, is that selected ?

Yes - and have tried as many variations on the theme as I can think of. I am getting no feedback what so ever, it is like SCCM does not know that the programs in the package are chained!

"Execution is complete for program ***********_MSI. The exit code is 0, the execution status is Success"

At this point I am waiting for my permissions program to run but nothing happens.
