2 new pc's, one boot to network

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I'm at my wits end. My company recently received 2 new laptops. They are identical in specs with the exception of size..

HP Elitebook 820 G3

HP Elitebook 850 G3

We have used both versions of the G1's and the G2's in our environment.

The 850 G3 boots to SCCM, but the 820 do not. Please help, as we need to get these built before the end of next week, as they are needed for new hires.

If I press F12 to boot, it asks me to choose IPv4 and IPv6. I select IPv4 and I get a quick blip (hard as hell to catch. Had to record, find, time right, pause, and screen shot. (See Attached)

It then takes me to the normal options you would see if you were to press ESC on boot.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
