PXE Role install Fatal Error

I have been trying for the past several days to get PXE role installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both WDT and PXE role. WDT installs fine, but everytime i try to install the PXE roll I get errors.

<11-19-2009 12:37:32> Fatal MSI Error - pxe.msi could not be installed.

 

I have struggled to get through SCCM setup then I found your site. this is on e of the last hurdles I have to get past, but I am at a stand still.

Any help would be gretaly appreciated,

What does the pxeMSI.log say?
