Upgrading to W10 - Task sequence swaps drive letters between two partitions

Question

Hi, everyone

First of all, I hope that this is the right thread for my question.

In an upgrading scenario I have a starting W7 with two partition C (OS) and D (Data) but during the upgrade to W10 the task sequence swaps the drive letters (keeping names and sizes) between them, meaning that I end up with a W10 with C (Data) and D (OS). Any idea how to keep the original configuration or what might be happening?

Thanks!

are you deploying a custom wim or an unmodified wim ?

and are you using the OSDPreserveDriveLetter variable in the task sequence, if so, is it set to true or false ?
