Software Center shows a blank screen

We are running SCCM 2012 and I have a user that gets a blank software center screen (see attachment). He gets notifications that he has software installs pending but he can not see any of them. I have removed and reinstalled the client with the same results.

 

Has anyone seen this before and have any suggestions?

Has anyone been able to resolve this? I've got a new Windows 10 image that gets this when we go to the Software Catalog.

It worked for me after doing these steps

try repairing the .Net Framework that has been installed,

re-install the client again,

check if all actions are showing in config manager,

reboot and again deploy the software update
