Turn a two partitions disk into a one partition and keeping users data

Is it possible to make a migration, turning a two partition disk into a one partition and keeping the users data?

Give my script a go. As stated, use with caution on encrypted hard drives and ensure that encryption is disabled prior to running the script.

Been checking your script and I have a doubt: does it delete the D: partition and resizes the C: to full disk space available but keeps the data of C:?
