hourly health report

Hi guys, im looking for best solution to make hourly report on computers. This report should contain informatons like average usage of cpu, ram, network per hour for 100 computers. Can you tell me what tools will best for this? It would be good if the data exported to the database, can be sql. Also we are using sccm 2012r2
