helpdesk tools?

are there any tools that anyone can point me to for say a helpdesk to just enter say a mac address to reimage the machine.

 

it would be really nice to have a basic console that my helpdesk staff could use without having access to the actual console, ie a click image machine button insert mac click ok, etc

 

If not ill have a look at writing something just hoping not to reinvent what i imagine to be a very simple wheel thats most likely already been made hehe

you could try Roger Zanders client tools, or just customise the Admin Console

alternatively you'll have to write a web service to 'press the buttons' for you, let us know what you decide
