0 anyweb Posted December 28, 2016 Report post Posted December 28, 2016 to support Windows 10 servicing, your software update point (SUP) needs to be running WSUS 4.0 or later, and that means Windows Server 2012 or later, with SCCM CB 1610 you can do an in place upgrade of the operating system from Server 2008 to Server 2012R2 see > https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/plan-design/changes/whats-new-in-version-1602#site-infrastructure also take note of the Warning... WarningBefore you upgrade to Windows Server 2012 R2, you must uninstall WSUS 3.2 from the server. Successfully completed synchronous searching of updates. Update: af57b397-b222-494e-ab73-17ddddd6e44e, 200 BundledUpdates: 1 Update: 08b35ebf-a5f1-416f-8785-ae2ed3feb8e7, 200 BundledUpdates: 0 Update (Missing): Feature update to Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1607, en-us (af57b397-b222-494e-ab73-17ddddd6e44e, 200) Async installation of updates started. Update 1 (af57b397-b222-494e-ab73-17ddddd6e44e) finished installing (0x80070005), Reboot Required? No Async install completed. Upgrade installation result indicates that commit cannot be done. Installation job encountered some failures. Error = 0x80240022. Commit Result = 0x00000001. Installation of updates completed.
