dinci5 Posted January 19, 2017 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 I have recently upgraded to SCCM 1606 and ADK 1607. My old custom boot image still works. It has not been updated by the upgrade process. I then created a new Boot Image based on ADK 1607. All went well. However, the F8 key doesn't trigger Command Prompt. Enable command prompt support is enabled in the Boot Image properties. I need this to work becuase my Task Sequence is failing and I have to troubleshoot. Anyweb? Config Mangler Posted January 20, 2017 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 Have you redistributed the boot images? Right-click "update distribution points"
dinci5 Posted January 20, 2017 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 Have you redistributed the boot images? Right-click "update distribution points" Yes I did that. Actually, the problem is solved now. I've re-created the Boot Image and this time it works.
Jaekt Posted January 20, 2017 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 I had the same problem once. What I did to solve it was: Remove the tick for command prompt, update bootimage, retick the command support, update bootimage.
