michele.f71 Posted January 21, 2017 Report post Posted January 21, 2017 hi all, I'm sorry for my english... I have a standalone primary sites of SCCM2012 R2, and i need to integrate 3 new remote offices. in these new offices I have about 300 computers (100 in each one) and I need to use the following sccm features: sw distribution, OS deploy, sw updates, and inventories. every office have an IT staff that will manage SCCM and every IT must see only their devices and their softwares\os, but I want see and manage everything from headquarter their connections are very slow, so I would like to avoid having to transfer packets from headquarters to their distribution point(each one have a different computer configuration and they don’t need to share SW or OS Images) What should be the correct configuration? Thank you in advanced Michele
radish Posted January 22, 2017 Report post Posted January 22, 2017 可以在建立分站点,每个分站点管理各自的客户端 这样就行了。 You can set up sub-sites, each sub-site management of their client so on the line.
NullSID Posted January 23, 2017 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 Secondary sites will do the trick. You have to make sure you add all the site roles you wish to use. SCCM will take care of the rest. If you're using VMware ESX or Hyper-V and you have slow internet speeds in those sites, you can pre build the secondary site, power it down once all the packages copy, then save it to hard drive and carry it there. I've done that in the past if our internet lines were slow.
