Remote Secondary site server not responding to PXE boot requests for local clients

I have a secondary site that is not PXE booting.

 

I get the following errors in the SMSPXE log

 

I have tried reinstalling the PXE role on the secondary site server and installing it on a separate server. I have also reinstalled the MP role on the secondary site server.

 

Any ideas?

Update: I can boot from iso media and that works fine. The boot media uses the Primary site MP but PXE is using the Secondary site MP. Is this Correct?
