danhart300 Posted March 15, 2017 Report post Posted March 15, 2017 Hi, As stated in the title. It gets about one quarter of the way through applying the operating system and just stops without an error code. I've attached the SMSTS log. I will continue to troubleshoot this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. smsts.log
8of9 Posted March 15, 2017 Report post Posted March 15, 2017 "Cannot read source file C:\_smstasksequence\packages\p0100041\win7_ent_x64_base.wim, Win32 Error = 1117" Do you have any other .wim images that apply okay? And is the content up-to-date on the Distribution Point?
danhart300 Posted March 15, 2017 Report post Posted March 15, 2017 I have tried the same image on other machines and it is working fine (very slowly though). And all content is definitely up to date on the DP.

danhart300 Posted March 17, 2017 Report post Posted March 17, 2017 It was the HDD. The HDD isn't showing any form of health errors, unsure of what could be the cause. Thanks for the help though!
