Dilshad Posted March 28, 2017 Report post Posted March 28, 2017 One user has requested an application from software store and it has been installed on his machine as well however later user found that he had requested the wrong application so he had uninstalled it using software store uninstall option. The issue is now whenever user login to the machine he is getting the pop up "New software is available" and software store is showing the old application as available. Is there any way to remove it? Jorgen Nilsson Posted March 30, 2017 Report post Posted March 30, 2017 Hi, In Configuration manager 2012 the answer is no, in Configuration Manager CB starting with 1610 if my memory serves me right you can revoke an application approval request.. YPCC Posted April 6, 2017 Report post Posted April 6, 2017 why not ask him to re-install via SC and then uninstall via SC Alternatively, you can deployed the software as "Display in software center, hide notifications". This will still list the software in SC but no popups will appear
