Scan Error 2147024891 ( Bits Access Denied)

We have recently been using Software updates in SCCM 2007 R2 and I ran into Scan error 2147023838 (BITS dissabled) we created a job to enable and start BITS some went to automatic and some manual. We have not had all of them successfully change yet. The ones that have updated I have went in and looked at the services now most that say started and manual on the BITS service now are throwing the Scan Error 2147024891 ( Bits Access Denied). We even had some with 2147219822 ( Group Policy Conflict) we resolved that issue and now those are throwing the Scan Error 2147024891 ( Bits Access Denied). Any Ideas?

we need more details of your setup, like is sup local or remote, and has sup ever worked ? can you include some logs from a failing client

 

is it sccm 2007 sp2 or sp1
