GarthMJ Posted May 3, 2017 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 What is wrong with the built-in reports for this? Have you tried to edit them to give you exactly what you want?

GarthMJ Posted May 3, 2017 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 If that report is not giving you good detail then nothing will. You need to troubleshoot why. IS the CM client install on all 500 computers? Is the CM client healthy on all 500 computers?
Mostafa Posted May 4, 2017 Report post Posted May 4, 2017 yes , the SCCM Client installed on 90% of them and the Client check passed as well . so i think think there is something is missing or some configuration should be added . GarthMJ Posted May 5, 2017 Report post Posted May 5, 2017 The report will only show you what it in the database, it the results are not good with the default reports, then a custom report will not help either. You need to figure out why things are not working correctly. Start by picking one client and confirming that it is healthy and data is flowing between it and CM12. GarthMJ Posted May 7, 2017 Report post Posted May 7, 2017 If the client's are not showing data in CM hen the client is clearly not healthy. Have you confirm that Hardware inventory is in fact up to date in resource explorer?
Mostafa Posted May 8, 2017 Report post Posted May 8, 2017 yes , You are right . all the computers which existing in the HW report able to see their info in the Resource Explorer ; but when open the Resource Explorer with the remaining Computers . The Things i have made trying to solve this issue are : 1- I ran a client check again on all computers through right click tool then will see what will be happen . 2- I also created new client setting policy and deployed it on all Workstations to keep the setting unified on all Clients. what are the other troubleshooting or Actions Steps I can do then to make all Clients working Well . attached an example from working and Non-working machine and a print screen from the Client check status . GarthMJ Posted May 8, 2017 Report post Posted May 8, 2017 You should force a full HW inventory to occur. If this doesn't solve the problem then it is a policy issue. https://www.enhansoft.com/?s=Force+Full+inventory
