Installing 1702 Hotfix Rollup KB4019926

My console is stuck on installing. I can not see the status and my cmupdate log looks like below. I see the files under EasysetupPayload folder, but i do not see anything going on. Is there some type of file i can drop in that inbox to kick it off?

Waiting for changes to the "E:\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\cmupdate.box" directories, updates will be polled in 600 seconds... CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE 6/13/2017 1:49:56 PM 1424 (0x0590)

Did you ever find a solution to this?  I'm in the exact same boat now.  Files in EasysetupPayload and when I click to show the status on the update I get nothing.

Nope I haven't I might have to call Microsoft on this one.
