After OSD the clients are not registred:

After a reboot of the client - its able to register. 

Why does it say "Issued to 'SMS'"?

After the reboot it says "Issued to '%ComputerName%'"

Let me know if ou need more logs.

I'm getting the exact same problem. The OSD Task Sequence completes without errors, but the client is unable to register right away.  The only way I'm able to get the machine to register correctly to log in and restart the workstation.  I already have a restart as the last step of my TS, but this doesn't help.  I don't recall this happening before installing 1702, but I could be wrong...
