Error when creating an Update List...

Hi all,

 

I've got updates working through an SUP and have successfully excuted several test deployments. However upon attempting to create another update list today, the following error occurred:

 

Error: Failed to create the new update list:

I have no idea what's going on here - this was working fine a few days ago.

Fixed this by restarting all SMS and SQL services.
