Upgrade to IE11 Issue

Hello all,

I need to upgrade IE9 on windows 7 To IE11, i did follow all steps on the following article:

I checked IE and still 9.

I checked the following:

1- application status on SCCM successe.

2- software center on client computer, and its successed (installed).

3- AppEnforce.log on client computer and there is no error.

4- Windows update service is installed on that computer, and .net 4.5.1 is installed as well.

 

What else can i check.

Might it be this line "Setup exit code: 0x00009C4F (40015) - Wrong OS Version"
